freezes and won't load from USB

I have downloaded wdo to a usb (twice now) but when I try to boot the computer, I get a black screen and a bluish windows logo, but nothing else. It is just frozen. I am trying to clean the Alureon virus from my computer and so far, nothing will clean

it completely.
