Invisible cursor

Using Windows 7.  Every time the computer wakes from sleep mode, the cursor is invisible requiring me to restart the computer.  I use a dual monitor set-up and when the cursor becomes invisible, it is only invisible on the primary monitor.  Can see it

plain as day on the secondary monitor. Would like to know how to fix this.
