I have been trying to install Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 9 for Windows 7 (KB2809289) and it continues to stall at 99% installation.  Then I cannot cancel or anything.  Eventually I just have to turn my computer off and back on.  Help!!! 

I've tried the download fix-it solution to no avail.
