Installing update kb2753842 and I get ther error 80070020

Help, I am trying to install the update KB2753842 and I get the error code 80070020. I have disabled all firewalls and antivirus. I have ran the Microsoft Fix it program and I am told every thing is working fine. But it still won't install. Any ideas?

 

 

The only issue I am having with my computer, is when I use the internet it freezes up randomly.
