My computer is infected with the Cheshire Police Ukash virus. It does have Windows virus protection which runs a scan frequently. I have tried all the internet guides to removing it and have been unsuccessful.

 

 When starting in Safe Mode - Command Prompt setting, I can log in but within seconds, the computer is logging itself off and restarting. It is completely impossible to do anything. Is is possible for me (no computer experience) to remove it at all or should

I take it to an expert?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am completely blocked from my computer at the moment.
