Me puse en contacto con vosotros hace unos días porque tenía continuamente desactivado la seguridad de mi mordenador. Me dijisteis que instalara de nuevo el sistema operativo, pero no puedo porque no tengo el disco, venía dentro del ordenador instalado.

Cada vez que hago actualizaciones de Microsof Security Essential me da error. Ahora me pide que busque un antivirus en linea. Me salen códigos de error como 0x80070005 - 0x80070002 - 080070643 - 80070646. Es desesperante. ¿Cómo puedo saber si tengo un virus?.
