Hi, I re-installed windows XP media center edition 2002, my computer was running slow, this is not the first time I have done this, and I consider myself computer knowledgeable.

When I was done with the re-install I noticed that out of the 80 gigabytes hard drive, 70 gigabytes were already used (???), but I had only installed office 2010 and Norton 360. Nothing else, not even my files back. That

is a first for me.

Also, I had no partition; I thought I had chosen to create an 8 gigabytes partition and 72 gigabytes for everything else.

How do I create the correct partition?

Why does the hard drive shows as almost full?

Thank you for your help.
