After the latest MSE upgrade did not install, I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. however it fails with the following error in the install log:

Action ended 10:30:52: InstallExecute. Return value 3.

 

 

 

Win 7, genuine.

I tried every possible approach suggested in the forums with no success. Any ideas?
