i have lost 200GB and i didn't download anything how do i get it back

a couple of days ago i noticed that my computer went from 515GB free of 582GB to 443GB free of 582GB. I didn't download or anything. then a couple of hours later i noticed that the computer had dropped to411GB free of 582GB. I still had not downloaded

anything. About 6 hours later it dropped to 335GB free of 582GB and i still had not downloaded anything. I managed to get it back up to 375GB free of 582 by deleting a bunch of icone and google earth and a few other things but about 3 hours later it was at

311GB free of 582GB. How do i get all those GB back, i need help, thank you
