A very big doubts! I can not install microsoft NET. Framework 3.5 on my windows 7 64 bit I think it's because the laptop has Already the NET. framework 4.0 and I REALLY need to install 3.5, cause then I need to open the file CTU (cas texture Unitool) this

is for my sims 3 game. I'm trying to create some clothes with then, but I can not I've been searching all Web sites and all try to download and install, but no one Could help me until I can download but it's time to install the application not wheel or wheel

so when the laptop warns that already have the 4.0 but I do not want it because I need the 3.5 .. so please if someone know how to help me, please answer me! I will be grateful. And sorry for my bad English I'm Brazilian.
