PC slow after installing windows 8 updates

I have installed fresh copy of windows 8 then my PC's performance was good. But next day i installed windows 8 updates then performance of my PC has been slow.

 

I have already perform following steps but there was no effects on the performance of my PC( still slow).

 

1) Disk Defragment

2) Run maintenance tasks

3) Clean Disk
