Hello, tried to upate my Internet Explorer to IE10. Got the error message : Operating system is not supported - IE10 can only be installed on windows 7 service pack 1 or higher. I check to see what version i was running (Windows 7 version 6.1 Build 7.600) I have

windows update set to automatic updates and its happily been updating for the last two years. Not sure why i dont have service pack 1 installed by can someone inform me how i go about getting it installed so I can update my IE to IE10.

Ive accessed the windows download site ( http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5842 ) but there does seem alot of different versions to select and

i would prefer to select the right one.  Can someone please point me in the right direction. Also is there any reason why it has not downloaded it automatically? Could there be other important updates im missing? When i check for updates it only come back

with the opintional update for Bling.

Many Thanks In Advance
