How Do I Get Into the HP Pavilion p7-1234's BIOS Menu?

I have an HP Pavilion p7-1234 desktop computer, and I cannot seem to get into the BIOS. When I press the ESC key, it just brings me to the Windows Startup menu. F1 doesn't seem to do anything, and F2, once again, brings me to the Windows Startup menu.

Does anyone know what key will work? I couldn't find anything on the HP website on how to get to it, either. Any help would be awesome.
