Malware on my system and it won't leave!!! Avasoft Antivitus

Hi guys...I am a fan of what you do here and really appreciate it. I have run into some trouble with my PC and do not have anyone to turn to. 

 

My computer has been infected with a malware called Avasoft Antivirus Professional. It is a faux-antivirus that is taking over my system. I have been searching for hours for a solution but all I can find are other malwares that claim they can remove this

(eg. spyhunter)

 

I have Windows 7. 

 

I am really distraught. Please direct me to someone genuine who might b able to help even if you guys can't.
