KeyUpdateTool for Windows 2003?

Is there a version of the KeyUpdateTool

(http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/PKUInstructions.aspx) that will

work on Windows 2003 Server?

it applies to Windows 2003, but I'm not clear on how.

 

We have some W2K3 servers that we are virtualizing, but since they were

installed with the OEM product key, the new virtual machine asks for product

activation when the hardware changes. We have a volume license that we can

use, but we need to be able to change the key somehow without being too

disruptive.

Any ideas?
