I want take a windows 7 computer which is in Spanish and make it completely English. Can I erase it

A young friend of mine got a computer.  She's 10.  Even though she speaks a little Spanish she doesn't know enough to work her computer.  She wants it in English.  The computer is programmed in Spanish.  How can I make it English?  It is a Windows 7 computer.
