Just received scam phone call from someone stating that they were an Microsft technician and my computer was about to crash from a rampant virus. They had me verify my microsoft license ID by holding down the microsoft button and pressing rt. I forgot

what I entered but they told me the correct ID that appeared. They then directed my to a site calledwww.ammyy.com and told me to click on the center button. I refused and asked for their number and they hung up. Did I already provide too much info? Would they

be able to do anything with the info provided (ie confirmation of the microsoft license? Thanks.
