I cannot get rid of this: Cannot get rid of trojan .exe!

Below is what my Malwarebytes is detecting and will not delete. I have used my Microsoft Essentials and the other Malware softeware from Microsoft and they don't detect it.

 

 

Registry Values Detected: 2HKCUSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWindows|Load (Trojan.Agent) -> Data: C:UsersDeniseLOCALS~1Tempmsiauvb.exe -> Delete on reboot.HKCUSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWindows|Load (PUM.UserWLoad) -> Data: C:UsersDeniseLOCALS~1Tempmsiauvb.exe -> Delete on reboot.

 

They do not delete on reboot.  I am also getting an error window when I boot my system:

 

Could not load or run C:UsersDeniseLOCALS~1Tempmsiauvb.exe

 

Can anyone help me?
