windows update error 80070673 & 64c wont install

On March 9, 2013 I installed the update: Security Update for Microsoft Visual C ++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package, successfully.  Since March 10, 2013 everyday in the Update History it now states that this Update has FAILED everyday.  Error

Code: 64C    

also

I tried to install the update:  Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update, but it has FAILED everyday with error code: 80070673

 

also

I tried to install the update:  Microsoft Silverlight, but it FAILED with error code:  64C  (KB2636927)

 

Is anyone else having these problems and can you tell me how to fix these errors step by step.    I am using Windows Vista.
