How can I completely restore a M.S. Word document deleted from an SD Card on Windows 7?

I accidentally deleted a Word document from a 16FAT disk SD memory card which was in my Windows 7 computer. I tried several free softwares to get it back, and i got it back, however some of it is completely missing and there are a bunch of useless numbers

and mixed-up letters in with it. How can I get it back fully, restored the way it was? Any services or suggestions would be useful especially if they're free, but ones that require money, if they'd work, I'll try anything. This document was a novel I was going

to publish in a book series I published, and to rewrite it will take at least a year. Thanks for the help!
