windows vista can I copy one disc directly to another if I have two dvd drives installed

I have a Dell Inspiron 531 with 2 DVD recorders/players installed and I want to copy one disc to another with out loading to the hard drive first, can I do this or do I need a third party program like Roxio Creater?
