After Windows 7 professional Update

After the latest Windows 7 Professional Update - Alt+Tab does not work and Outlook email attachments will not open - I can use Menus to save and open but right click does not open context menu to "save". I have turned off Windows Updates now. Restore back

to a previous "Restore Point" fixed the problem. Any suggestions?
