Update and Shutdown Button is missing

I only have the button Update and Restart, but I want Update and Shutdown.Why? If I want to use my PC, then I dont want to wait until the computer finish the update.If I dont want to use my PC, I dont care if it spend some time updating, but after that, I dont want to return to my PC to shutdown the PC.The Win 8 developers should give more options to the users, or think better the options.
