Win7 PRO 64bit upgrade & Can't change any power option

I have updated two of my computers to Win7 PRO 64 bit and now I cannot look at any of the power option settings, but the systems will allow me to change which plan of the three listed.  I just cannot see what each plan setting looks like or change anything

in the plan.  Any help appreciated.
