Run as admin problem....

I had opened and hide administration account in my windows 7 using  this command "net user administrator /active:yes/no"....before hiding that accout i granted parential control to my user account....and then Being in admin account i hide my admin account

using before mentioned command.. Now am in my user account.I can't install any thing.when i click any thing as "run as admin" it neither prompts any password nor enables the yes button in run as admin window.    please help.Thanks in advance.
