My acer 5755G has all of a sudden begun showing me a 'box'(when I start-up) that says that this acer has 'known compatibility problems'. It then asks me to 'check online for a solution'...when I click on this, it brings up a list of other acer models with

instructions for me to download the solution...BUT this model is not on the list. What does this mean and what should I do next?
