I have gotten this uninstalled Now HOW do I make sure I am not charged when it would come up for ren

I installed this in August, 2012 and removed it March 20, 2013.  I was charged thru "safecart" and I want to be SURE this is not set to "automaticly renew" ever.  How can I do this?
