windows 7 Help with Windows 7 actvation.

I was having some problems so a friend reinstalled Windows 7 professional sp1 32 bit, which is what i was running before he did that. Now it won't take my product key and I get an error code  0xC004E003. I have only 17 days to activate it, can someone please
