I was having problems with the picture image during a Skype call. the image was divided into three bands and they were not correct. This caused me to download the latest update from Skype. Immediately after the update these popups appeared saying I had

won X amount of dollars and to make some entry. I stopped immediately and never responded, ran MSE but no help. About a week ago MSE found a Trojan and recommended I remove it. I did that but I have no confidence now. I was running MSE, and Malware anti malware

of which I had paid 24 dollars. I think I should reformat and start over.
