ive been having trouble trying to download updates. it tells me i have an error 80073712 and windows

everytime i check to see if i need to run my updates for microsoft it ends up failing and not installing. i will do a troubleshoot and it tells me that --- a) REPAIR WINDOWS UPDATE DATABASE...error detected 0x80073712      b) WINDOWS UPDATE COMPONANTS

MUST BE REPAIRED        c) DEFAULT WINDOWS UPDATE DATA LOCATION HAVE CHANGED................ With that being said i did run a command promt (Admin) and wouldnt take. but this is what i ran: DISM.exe/ Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth         (then hit enter......

and nothing happened for me to put this up afterwards)  DISM.exe/ Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth   .................................... what do i need to do? PLEASE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
