windows vista windows time always changes

Hi,

 

Lately I have a problem with my vista sp2. The correct time is 29 March 2013 12:23 AM. Yet if I shut down vista for an hour or more, when I reboot the PC the system time strangely changes into 11 march 12:00 PM. I reset it back to the correct time, yet if

I shut it down, it will change again to another time, says 2 agusts 2013 11:00 pm, and so on.

 

I if shut it down, and reboot it after a couple minutes, the time remains correct.

MSE full scan finds nothing.

 

I am baffled, can anyone help me?!
