I have tried everything possible and available in the WWW when it comes to error code 800B0100. my system is simply refusing to install the SP1 update and it starts having an effect on the performance of the OS. I'm running win7 x64. anybody got any more

clues of what's the way to go? I had no luck with asking the Win helpdesk? many thanks. Carsten
