I must update Microsoft ,but error 0X80240036 prevents me.

In  operated  system  of  my  Antivirus  they want  me  to  proceed  to  windows  update .  I  clck  where  says  " here " and  in  microsoft update

it  says that  they  cannot  do  it  because  of  an  error  No  0X80240036 .  What  can  I  do  to  have   the  update ?
