windows 7 Problem With Context Menu Appearance

I did not know where else to post this, so if it is in the wrong section, sorry.

Whenever I right click, now my context menu looks like this: http://gyazo.com/1f8d086bf5c73137728f88124bad0911 . It doesn't normally look like this on Win. 7 .

What would cause this to happen? Is there any way to fix this?
