Error code 1068 when trying to start the workstation & Error code 800706BE when trying to update com

I have kaspersky and I am trying to renew my account with them, but due to a windows error I can not get my protection to work. I keep getting the error code 1068: the dependency service or group failed to start. This is when I try to start the workstation

Properties on my computer because for some reason it is turned off but wont turn back on. What shoulud I do?

 

 

Also, when trying to update my computer I ge the error code 800706BE. Is there anything I can do about this error code?
