Windows cant download new updates

i'm glade to be here , but I've questions that i hope finding replay for them :

1 - it is along time since the PC made an update ,may be it goes to 2 months since this last update 

 

every time making update it says " windows is up to date " .

 

but after Dell company updated their " my dell support center " it says " my PC is at risk " and I've to make an update , but there is nothing happened as before .

 

Is this error from me or  there is no already new updates ?

 

my Windows is 7 Home Premium
