how to print an an email in outlook

When my Windows Vista Hotmail account was changed to Outlook, I have been unable to print an email showing just the text of the email. Every print option I use shows the Inbox contents and the other columns on the screen. The email text is squeezed and stacked

into a small column on the page. The only way I can print just the email text is to Copy it, Paste it into a Word file, and print the Word file. Please tell me how to print only the email text without leaving Outlook. Com.
