How can I install failed automatic updates, to windows 7, manually?

Please could someone tell me the key strokes, or links, which will enable me to install failed automatic updates to windows 7 manually?

Update KB2809289 is important but has failed to install. How can I try to install it again? Many thanks. Peter_753
