Sooo frustrated... please help!

I have a brand new PC running Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (X64 based pc) and for a few months has been blue screening on me and most importantly throws up the error code 80070002. I have been trawling websites for months, have read forum after forum,

downloaded fix it tools etc without any success.

I have followed ALL of Microsofts advice, I have deleted registry files, renamed them, downloaded the system readyness tool,  manually downloaded updates, downloaded Microsoft Fix It, which informs me the problem is solved however when I go back in and select

"check for updates" it again says it is unable to. I completely give up. I realise this is a very real problem as there is so much information out there but unfortunately I just can't find the fix to fix my pc :(

I can't catch the blue screen memory dump error code as it always happens so quickly. I wont even be using my pc and it crashes on its own....

Please can someone help.... :(
