How do I get a Vista installation CD (I have a product key)

I have an Gateway laptop that came with Windows Vista Home Premium OEM Act.  It did not come with installation discs and my hard drive recently failed and I had it replaced.

 

I have the product key but am totally lost at how I can access installation CDs.
