Have lost access to all channels and guide in media centre

I keep getting the message no channels available, another time,I am advised an item in media centre is missing I cannot get any program guide/channels have been through settings set up loads of times keep being told I have no TV signal which is ridiculus

have double checked all connections so many times ,I tried recovery to no avail can anyone please, please help. I will be so grateful,thank you
