When I try to download a file from a trusted website, as  the file finishes downloading a message comes up, "Failed - virus detected", so I right click on this and I get a tab "More information", which leads me to a google website dedicated to download

errors, which informs me that,

"Antivirus software detected a virus. Your downloaded file may have a virus, as a result the file you attempted to download was removed by the

Windows Attachment Manager."

So I look up windows attachment manager and find that if I enter gpedit.msc in the run programs bar and follow directions I will alleviate this problem. The trouble is I don't have anything in my group policy folder and as I can't download I can't install

one.
