The subject line says it all.  The original update was entitled "Windows Management Framwork Core".  The new KB968930 is entitled "Windows Powershell 2.0 and WinRM 2.0 for Windows Vista".  How can two different updates be labeled the same?  The new one

will not install on my Vista system.
