Brother MFC5895cw prints blank text

I can print in color but cannot print the black text portion of anything.  I have put in a new black cartridge and cleaned the heads a dozen times or more.

 

I have tried printing from IE, Chrome, Word and Wordpad.  I have reinstalled the printer driver and tried to update with a Vista driver but not sure it was the right one.  Nothing changed anyway.

 

Can someone please help me?
