I HAVE INSTALLED A PROGRAM IN MY COMPUTER THAT GIVES ME A KEY DIFFERENT FROM THAT ONE IN THE BACK OF YHE COMPUTER.WHY? WHAT IS THE REAL KEY?

I HOPE FOR A HELP OF MY FRIEND FROM JAMAICA
