Unable to send emails from web pages or print them.

I am unable to send emails direct from web sites or print them out.  I'm talking about email forms s you fill out on site thren send.   I was able to do this but now they won't go.  I tried to send email to gma (Good Morning America)), got back an error

message denied delivery I think it was code 411.  I had never seen that before.   I am able to print emails and puzzles with no problem.  I am able to send emails, no problem. 

 

 

I have tried to restore to several point's but doesn't work.  Down loaded updatedio's made no difference.. 

 

Help please.
