After update BIG problem with OS language

Windows did an automatic update when I shut down my computer.  When I restarted it has reverted to Greek language from English.  Even though English is highlighted in Control Panel.  Have tried deleting Greek as a choice, changing location to US.  Is it

possible that one of the updates caused this problem?  HELP
