How can I get Live Mail, running under Windows 7, to add the email address of the sender of an email

Just transferring from old desktop (XP and Outlook Express 6) to new laptop (Win 7 and Live Mail). Have been used to having a very easy-to-use facility in OE6 to add the email address of sender to my previous Address Book. Cannot find anything similar

in Live Mail.
