Our computer has been locked due to a scam from Cheshire Police telling us that we have to pay a fee

The page states that its from United Kingdom Police which includes Cheshire Police Authority and Metropolitan Police, telling us that we have made an infringement and requesting £100 to unlock the computer.  If not paid within 72 days it will stayed locked. 

 

 

Computer has been infected by Malware.  

 

There is nothing to click on to remove this page we have to turn the computer off completely.

 

Can you help, please?
