UNDER WINDOWS 7 WHEN ONE PROFILE HAS A VIRUS CAN YOU RUN RESTORE FROM ANOTHER PROFILE?

Under windows 7 can i run system restore from another user profile to clear virus? lets say my profile has a virus; can i run restore from Administrator to fix it?
